What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
Now that you have requested your appointment you will receive a confirmation text and/or email when the appointment has been accepted. The next step is submitting your new guest form above to start our pre-visit consultation. The Monday before your scheduled appointment you will receive a welcome email with everything you need to know to locate my salon space and how to prepare your hair for the appointment.
The Consultation
Seeing a new stylist can be stressful. My number one priority is listening to you so that you feel comfortable and confident in your service. I want you to get what you want AND love your hair. I will be asking a lot of questions during your consultation about your hair history, lifestyle, and goals.
Bringing pictures of your desired look is encouraged as well as providing 1-2 pictures of looks you want to avoid; this is as important as the looks you want to achieve.
I will be honest with you about realistic goals, time frames, and potential outcomes for your hair. I believe in transparency. I’ll also review your plan and pricing before I begin your service.
I will meet you where you are at , educate, encourage, and support what is best for you and your curl needs.
For Curly Cuts please arrive for your appointment with your hair down, completely dry, and naturally curly/wavy with no clips, headbands, or ponytails. Minimal styling products are ok. No oils, butters, or heavy creams.
The Plan In Action
I take pride in helping others feel confident and empowered about their hair. I carry organic styling products at different price point options. I recommend the best products for your hair texture and curl. I will support you through the transitions to meet your hair goals in a healthy way including a maintenance plan of action, hair products to help support your style, and access to email me any questions you may have about your hair. I want you to leave your appointment loving your new haircut, understanding your specific hair needs, and with new or improved confidence.
